At Aloha Surf Manly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unused hardware. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to help you get back into the water with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email or visit our Manly storefront with your order number and receipt to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our Manly warehouse using a tracked postal service, or simply drop them off at our physical shop.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
